Our history
Fondée en 2024, OFSIP est née avec la volonté d’offrir des formations de qualité en Santé, Sécurité et Bien-Être au Travail à travers le Luxembourg. En 2025, nous avons élargi notre champ d’action en ajoutant un service de Travailleur Désigné en Externe. Une nouvelle étape vers une offre complète de solutions afin d’être en conformité totale.

OFSIP, c’est avant tout une aventure humaine.
Quand tout a commencé, l’idée était simple : remettre l’humain au cœur de l’entreprise. Pas avec de grandes théories, mais avec du concret, du terrain, de la proximité.
Au fil des années, nous avons grandi avec une conviction forte : la sécurité, la santé et le bien-être ne doivent jamais être perçus comme des contraintes, mais comme des leviers puissants de performance, de cohésion, et de sens.
Chaque rencontre avec une entreprise, chaque formation animée, chaque mission sur site nous a permis de nous adapter, d’évoluer, d’affiner notre approche. Aujourd’hui, OFSIP c’est un accompagnement de terrain, exigeant mais accessible, au service de ceux qui veulent faire mieux, simplement, humainement.
