- Analysis of a dangerous situation & real work vs. prescribed work
- General Principles of Prevention, Occupational Injuries and Health and Safety Risks
- Prevention approach and proposed improvement plan
2. Initial - Companies with more than 300 employees Duration: 35 hours (5 days)
Contenu :
- Enjeux juridiques, expertise, réunions CSSCT
- Animation de réunion CSSCT, construction d’un projet de prévention
- Approfondissement du DUERP, diagnostic S&ST
- Mise en situation & cas pratiques sur AT/MP/TMS/RPS
3 Renewal - Companies with fewer than 300 employees Duration: 21h (3 days)
Contenu :
- Rappel du rôle et des outils du référent CSSCT
- Analyse de situations complexes, DUER, prévention TMS/RPS
- Mise à jour des textes (ordonnance Macron)
- Présentation d’un projet d’amélioration en conditions réelles
4 Renewal - Companies with more than 300 employees Duration: 35 hours (5 days)
Contenu :
- Renforcement du rôle de coordination en prévention
- Travail de groupe sur diagnostic santé sécurité
- Analyse approfondie des ressources internes / DUERP / pénibilité
- Présentation d’un plan complet de prévention

Teaching resources
- Alternating theory / practical exercises / case studies
- Materials provided (PPT, digital booklet, practical information sheets via Dropbox)
- Use of official resources: INRS, Code du Travail, CARSAT
- Equipment: video projector, flipchart, PPE for site visits if necessary
