Training objectives

What is quality of working life (QOWL)?

Quality of working life encompasses working conditions, employee well-being, stress management, and professional relationships. Good quality of working life reduces absenteeism, improves productivity, and creates a healthy environment. This 8-hour training prepares you to become a specialist capable of implementing a sustainable quality of working life strategy in your company.

Why become a stress management and quality of life at work referent?

Companies that invest in quality of working life benefit from more motivated and less ill teams. Professional stress affects performance and mental health. As a specialist, you will learn to identify stressors, optimise working conditions, and develop a calming environment. Your role is key to the prevention of psychosocial risks and the continuous improvement of collective well-being.

Contents of the QVT training

The programme covers the mechanisms of stress, factors influencing quality of working life, stress management techniques, and workstation ergonomics. You will acquire practical tools to develop a QWL action plan. The training includes collaborative workshops, role-playing, and real-life scenarios. Consult the’National Institute for Research and Safety (INRS) and the’European Agency for Safety and Health at Work for good quality of life at work practices.

Prevention of psychosocial risks through quality of working life

An effective QWL strategy prevents burnout, harassment, and tension. You will learn to determine and implement sustainable prevention measures tailored to your sector and your company.

At the end of this 8-hour training course, you will receive the «Company Referent in QVT & Stress Management» certificate.
